This is like true vintage. Vintage-vintage. A very 1960s-looking flower sweater made by Koret of California, a San Francisco wife-husband brand that started in the 1930s and produced into the 1970s (read more about their history on the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising website).
This sweater is not very soft. I myself would be fine with how it feels, but if you have sensitive skin you can style it with a long sleeve T or a button-down shirt. There is no surviving materials tag, but I am guessing it is a blend of synthetic and wool. Overall it's in good condition, but there is a faint stain on the front—kinda hard to see unless it's pointed out (see photo).
